A person needs new experiences...Without change something sleeps inside us and seldom awaken. The sleeper must awakened .

All the greatest and most important problems of life are fundamentally unsolvable; they only fade when confront with a new and stronger life passion.

No matter what a person's complaint ,I have found that the most beneficial first step is to encourage him to see and feel what he is doing-that is , to increase his awareness of what actually is.

I treat my friends as I treat a child I love ,in respecting him, I bring no harsh judgement to him. In accepting all that he is , he need not fear me.

Meditation hasn't led me to a state of unending peace.I still get caught, but i stay caught less, so I say , never kiss them goodbye .

Vivi is sick , he can't move some how, he refuse to eat anything , except the fresh maize,  mama say when the time is right , he has to leave me , but I don't want to kiss him goodbye ...how I wish I can as well.
